Okay, so long story short I was getting less and less volume and then stopped altogether. The pump was "running" and making humming but nothing was getting cycled through. Tore most of it apart, replaced wiring and the relay and then finally gave up and put in a brand new pump. Now getting great coverage and a good solid swath of just over 7 feet and putting down 42oz/k. Ran up a little bill with Permagreen but I feel very happy with how it's running now. Now just have to rig up a hand wand off one of the top nozzle spouts and I'll have a sweet machine. =D
