Home Show Booth

Spring is just kicking in and the yard clean ups have just started up here in Alaska. We have a local home show in Wasilla and I decided to get a booth year. Anyone have success doing a home show in your local area? Just want to get some feed back. Hope I didn't waste my advertising dollars on this weekend. Booth was $700 for the weekend. Thanks.

Lot of tire kickers at trade shows. A lot depends on how far your willing to go to do the work. For me I work a smaller area so to get someone that is 30-40 miles away is not worth to me.

The show is about 6 miles away and the Wasilla, Palmer area is pretty small so its not alot of travel for places. Probably correct on the tire kickers. Going down to set up in a few minutes. Will let you know after the show how well it worked.

What I meant was, if your service is small then trade shows may not be good for your business. People will come from far away to look but if they want an estimate you might not want to travel that far.
