Westheffer sells some that come in a duffle bag. They fit nicely behind the seat of a regular cab pickup.

Are you cheap like me? Take a 2.5 gal jug. Fill it 3/4 with cat litter or Oil Dri absorbant. Squeeze as many rolled up plastic disposal bags as you can into the top.Tie a cord onto the bags to make sure you can get them out when needed. Add a pair of rubber gloves, and a dust mask. Mark it "Chemical Spill Kit". Include a brochure with instructions about what to do and legal requirements in your town, with emergency phone numbers. Done. With luck, it fits behind the seat of your truck. Also tied anywhere on your trailer or bed. Fully waterproof.
