Kansas City lawn and curbing business possibly selling

I have a lawn care and curbing business in the northland of Kansas City. I have been incorporated for over 4 years. With the upcoming loss of two of my full-time employees, continuing the business may not be a possibility. At this time, I haven't made up my mind on how to proceed. I am looking at the options of merging with another comparably sized company with the same visions or selling the business completely. I would consider selling the lawn care side and equipment separately from the curbing side of the business and equipment, but I would be most interested in a package deal. This would be a great addition for anyone looking to grow their lawn and landscape business, or it would be a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the business from scratch. I don't have firm numbers in mind yet, but if anyone has a serious interest, we can discuss details.
