I was thinking about it, I actually get most of my houses from around the 80-150K range.

They have good prices on post cards, which is what I want. Do you know if they help with design. That's my major problem. I know you don't want your company name on top, just is tin bottom corner or something and have an eye catcher on top. Just a generic one," tired to have to do yard work on your weekends?." I just need to get something going on it. I'm making ends meet right now, but need to put some money back for winter and things.

My web guy does design work also and would be a good help on this. Mike Carlton at http://42sd.com/. Check into getting a website up and going about $600 all said and done. I've found that its best to spend some money on a GOOD advertising system, you can't afford not to.
