hello everyone! I was wondering how many of you use the debris shields on the string trimmers and weed whips?

I doubt I'll EVER use a trimmer w/ a guard AGAIN.

with valks comment I can't resist.
I tried a trimmer without a guard once. NEVER again. I'm at least just as productive if not more with the trimmer guard left on. all the claims of glory and how fast it speeds your trim time. total GARBAGE, IMO. |

*Looks at all the debris stuck to the guard* Yeah... I think I'll leave that on there so that more of it doesn't hit me in the face.

Its more than a debris shield for me, it also cuts my line to equal lengths on both sides!...
