Businesses are bought and sold every day and if you want to sit on the sidelines while someone else takes RISK....then do just that.

To the OP. Sounds like a bargain to me. Buy it tomorrow then provide excellent customer service.

I know people said not to count on the sidework, but these customers he has have a lot of money to spend on their lawns which was really the selling point for me. Go where the money is.. that's what I'm learning more and more
