Sounds like we are in the same boat..im going through this aswell. (currenly 170+ accounts and 7-9 employees) As of next week i may downsize almost 50% both guys and accounts. I worked with one guy yesterday and after his 9hrs pay and gas i made myself a nice 500 bucks! Do that everyday i will be a happy camper. how are you doing? Did you figure it out, or still crunching numbers..

Tighten up the routes and crack the whip. From a distance it sounds like your employees are taking advantage of you. Or, you could just simply not be charging enough.
