Any Over The Top Treatment For Poison Oak/Ivy

I have a customer that has poison oak/ivy wrapped all up in a huge bed of azaleas. Is there any herbicide somewhat like POAST/Segment that could be sprayed over the top to kill the poison oak/ivy without harming the shrubbery?
I would appreciate any help on this..

None, but you can sponge it on, tie a sponge to a broom handle just don't drip it on any plants.
