Gator Blades for a 52" Stander X

Good Afternoon,

I have been poking around on the net and have been unable to find a set of gators to fit the offset 18" blade on the stander x (71440005). Do you know if there is one for this machine, and if so do you have a part #?

syzer,

Don't believe they make an offset Gator style blade, the normal flat Gator can be used but two 1/4" blade spacers will need to be added to the spacers between the blade and the spindle. Watch the nut engagement on the blade bolt, if a 9" bolt it will only grab a couple threads and the bolts would need to be changed to the 10" bolt.

Best Regards
Wright Mfg.

Try an oregon 93-601. They are for Bobcat. Not sure if the offset is exactly the same as Wright or not but they are offset.

One last question in the manual there is the standard blade 7144005 listed but then it has two other blades 71440009 and optional 71440012 listed. Can you tell me what the difference is?

syzer,

Actually the 71440009 is now the standard blade on the X's and it is an offset with the Fusion edge, the 71440005 is a regular step without the Fusion edge and the 71440012 is a low lift blade that is used in Europe. The 71440005 was only used for a very short time until the 71440009 replaced it on the mowers.

Best Regards
Wright Mfg.
