Yeah this trailer has been a POS. Word from the wise.........Do not buy a carry on trailer. I am constantly fixing the lights. I have replaced both leaf springs and the mesh is falling apart.

Looking good! I like the thumbs up half way through.

I've been playing with the air seat on mine and it feels like I have mine around 1.5"-2" mark. My seats all the way back and I haven't noticed any vibration. Could the wire harness be against something possibly or a rubber damper either under the seat pan or one of the big ones as part of the seat suspension be out of place, missing, or the through bolt on the suspension rubber be touching metal?

I tell you it's almost stupid how excited after 12 plus years I am to mow now. I also want to throw my gps on and see what speed it's really running. My Super Zs did around 15 mph and this thing feels pretty darn close by the seat of the pants. TLS caught these 400s are running the ZT-5400 hydros which are the same as the two speed Cheetahs and Husky PZ6034FXZT two speeds. I think I'm making my ROPs disappear tonight along with my first oil change at about 7 hrs.

I meant to ask you guys. The muffler looks like stainless steel. Anybody know if it is or not? That would be simply awesome if it was. I am used to mufflers rotting out around the 2000 hour mark.

Good question. I don't know. Would be icing on the cake. I think it sounds sort of tinny though. Even though the mufflers are smaller on my SZ they have a deeper tone which makes them sound a little smoother and yes the heat shield welds are cracking and have been welded a couple times already by the 1000 hr. mark.

Nice mower PSC! But for us viewers at home it would be nice to see you cut in a totally new direction. I realize some places take to long to crosscut like along your driveway. Have you ever tried to do a snake like curve up and down your driveway. I do this sometimes to keep from running in the same tracks every week. Looks pretty cool to. Gentle curves utilizing 2 stripes zigzagging. Then we could see how it makes new stripes, I like the cut.

I cross it up once every 3 cuts or so. Takes a lot longer to cut due to all the extra turns.
