Bidding on Commercial Acts.

Hi, first i want to say please dont yell at me to do a search. I did, no luck.

How do I know if there is a company that I can bid on to mow. Lets say office building A has 1.3 acres of mowing. I would charge them x amount of dollars a week. Do i just call and say that i will do it. Or is there a formal bidding process i have to go through? I am just confused on how i can go about bidding on commercial properties.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
