Water problems
I do all the landscaping/matanice for a town home.there are 6 town Homes on a slight hill and the person who first installed to landscaping diverted all the water on the propertie into a colvert under ground into a pile of rocks on the other end of the homes.now when we get a good rain it flows like a river out of the rocks acrossed the lawn then across the beach and it creates a hug wash out evertime.any ideas on what to do they have tried hay bales and a line of plants before it hits the beach.i have some ideas but the want the final product took look nice and in place

dig the rocks deeper or run the culvert into multiple drainage areas... w/out being on-site it is hard to picture a simple solution...
