about cutting some lawns for them in my area, about 4 yards and they want them cut bi weekly. what got me concerned is that they want 5 pics of each lawn before i cut, while im cutting, and after its cut. i looked them up and it looks legit but i still need somemore info, and the address of each house is on point. anyone ever heard of them?

Pic's are normal for these guys. Kind of a pita for those of us that do not run with the crews.

You have to decide. They do pay but often are cheap.

I suspect the middle men make all the jack as the banks and hud are pretty generous but they pay management companies in most cases which suck the profits out.

Never worked for that company in particular but again seems like a middle man.

i never went to look at the homes yet as they want to pay 40 dollars a cut but ill just have to see how bad these lawns look. the lady i talked to gave me her number to call her for anything. she also said that she wants a garage to be boarded up at one house and will pay 100 bucks for it being done, ill have to see about that.

Just make sure that is the price after they take their 20% discount.

The ones out here in my area same thing before and after pics and it's very cheap pay.

And it was every 10 days for mowing, then if you go to the house to mow and someone lives there you don't mow and they pay you a trip charge....a whole 12.00 dollars. In my area they were all 30 miles or more away.....12.00 dollars for a trip charge wouldn't even pay the gas.

I didn't do it because of the pay and it sounded like a big pain in the a$$, pictures, property occupied dont mow...and I'm glad i didn't because I pick up new contracts weekly still.

Maybe the ones out there are better though.

Here's an update: it was actually 5 homes to cut, one needed a bush hog so declined it but the rest were pretty decent but not too bad yards. I gave them a quote of 50 each for 3 yards and 60 for one. I took all the damn pictures they wanted and emailed it to them with an invoice and will be receiving a 210.00 dollar check in a week. I will update again when I get it in my hands.

There can be an up charge for the initial cut. HUD allows for it.

IMHO, it can be a hassle but if you do the work, document it like they ask, they get paid and you get paid. They want to grow their business too and need reliable vendors.

Having said that, I am not chasing the work but will take it.
