Lesco 54" Mower

I have a good running Lesco 54" ZT...only problem is the right controls appear weaker than the left. I'm pretty sure the right hydro pump is still working good, so I'm assuming it's the bushings on the control arms.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue, or know how to replace the bushings?

Please provide any assistance, thank you.

Have you checked to see if everything is snug and in their proper place?
My 60" got a little sloppy, turns out the controls under the seat had loosened up and moved.
I had adjusted my use over time according to the slop and now it's like a brand new mower.
If that's not your problem, it could be the dampening cylinder(s) could be worn out.
Got a manual?
