You don't need a cdl for a bumper pull 20ft right?

Just because you change the hitch setup doesn't mean you you need to change your licence to.

Just make it a 48'or 53' and be done with it. Seriously just buy a well built 18' trailer tag hitch.

I think your gonna spend more time and moeny building a trailer then if you were just go buy a new trailer. Ide just go buy a new trailer, much easier, looks better, probably cheaper, but mainly probably better qauilty.
