No incidcation of CEC or OM.

You will not get good responce until you get the pH up a little more but I also agree with not adding it all at once.

Do they have more complete testing available including Organic Matter and other trace minerials?

When are you going to add the second round lime again? IIRRC you added only 40 of the 140 recommended?

I am going to pass on that one because I am not in a liming area. I lived in red clay country about 15 years ago but have since forgotten. I did a soil test for a lady in Arlington Texas and she had acidic soil and lime was required, I forgot the recommendations except we did break up the amount into two feedings.

I would apply what the test said or better than half or 2/3 and test again. Others can give you better advice on this, I just know low pH can cause plant up take and health issues.

Generally it's no more than 50lbs per k around here. That being said, I would opt for the fast acting line at JDL.

He did 40 earlier, how long to wait to apply another 50. IIRCC he needs 140 total per the test.

It can up to 6 months to make a difference with regular lime, I would set my next app at 6 months. So twice per year.
