How long should your commercial mowers last and any tips to help??

If I'm not mistaken the Exmark is rated at 11 years

I don't think anyone could predict the life expectancy of an engine (in years) without knowing how many hours would be put on the engine each year. One person might put 25 hours a year on an engine while another might put over 1000 hours on one.

You just need the correct sandwich adapter. If I remember correctly, the Kawis use the same oil filter as Toyotas.

I'm not real familiar with the mowers you mentioned but, I would probably choose the eXmark because it's more like the mowers I have, Bob-Cat and Scag.
I use WB's on areas I can't use a Z, hills, gates etc....
A gear drive will do it but it's tougher on you.
You'll develope nice strong forearms!

oil is important to change at the right time and more often than in the manual, however air filter at least 3 times a yr

I have to change mine every month and I blow them off every week.

How about the larger, Honda engines, I have a 20 hp on a generator i would not mind adding one there.
