Walker MTEFI 2009 starting hard

Cranks away , but doesnt always start right away like it used to. 26 hp with 400 hrs. runs fine otherwise. Any ideas

Clean plugs.
Check fuel filter.
Choke closing properly.
Air filter(s)

had the same problem w/ ours replace relay under seat
