What is the difference in the water delivered via semi, vs what comes out of the faucet on the house? Everyone around here just fills em up with a garden hose.

How did you go about obtaining the comm properties, ie. that small townhouse complex, the truck stop, and arbys? I'm trying to press hard for commercial.
