Anyone here deal with Emerald Lawn & Landscape out of Flint MI?

I was looking to see if any members here deal with or have ever delt with Emerald Lawn? We do some Advance Auto's for them and havent seen any type of payment yet. Is this common for them or is it just my luck?

No, but it's starting to sound like someone might have sold you the Golden Gate Bridge.

What does your contract state with them? Most of these guys are 90 day pay. Is it through FM?

One thing I do not understand. Some commercial guys knock the residential guy because of low paying jobs. But on the other hand if a commercial drags butt in paying or tries to get around paying for services, who is further ahead ?
