need help on starting up
trying to start up a lawn spraying business any advise would b appreciated

There are some other discussion groups here for fertilizing, pesticides and organic lawn care....things like that. Go back to the home page and scroll down about half way.
You can also use this sites search feature. With it you can probably find answers quicker in the old posts. Search your States pesticide laws. You'll need a license to spray in most places. |

First you should setup a legitimate business and get insurance. Next you need to get your applicator license for yourself and your business will need a license as well.
Start out small and do it part time. Consider buying a used piece of equipment and use an existing pickup or van. This will let you test the waters without risking too much money. When you start marketing make sure to keep track of all your efforts, both money and time. When you get calls or requests from your website make sure to record how they heard about you. You can then see what marketing efforts are paying off and then double down on them. Always start small and test and measure. Best of luck to you.
