Lesco 18-0-9 Weed-n-feed w/Herbacide

I live in TX where it is hot averaging 100-105f daily. I'm looking to green up the lawn where as my friend gave me a bag of the above for free. My questions to the group are; can I use this on St. Augustine? and can I use this now or should I wait until spring?

i would say its a bit hot to fertilize st aug....for color use iron
