Which Husky Trimmer?
trying to figure out which husky trimmer to buy...it will be used commercially every day...i was thinking the 326LS, is this what most use? have also considered the 323 and 327...
looks like the 323 and 326 are the same in weight and power...what are the differences? |

Apparently the 326 "has a skid plate, uses less gas, and runs at a lower rpm." "My dealer said the 323 was worth the extra $30 for the lifetime drive shaft warranty." http://www.lawnsite.com/showthread.php?t=382917

http://www.husqvarna.com/us/products...pare-trimmers/ (edit) aside from trivial stuff like the easy start & auto return kill switch, it looks like they also have different heads- the t35 vs. t35x. Assuming you're not going speedfeed anyway, not sure which version is preferred. Last edited by leon2245; 08-04-2012 at 11:27 AM. |

Ive had less problems out of my 326/27's than the 323. The ldx is just the split shaft.

i would actually prefer to use the speed feed...we have 4 on our stihl fs 100's and we seem to have problems with the string sucking back in? anyhow, love the speed feed...

I have the Stens speed feed on my Echo 210's and have the same issue. I'm finding that the line just needs to be out far enough to prevent it from happening. Does Sten make a speed feed for the Husky? Anyone?
