kichler timer not working??

I don't visit here much and I dont do a ton of lighting projects but I do a few nice projects each year.

Problem I am having. Last year we did three decent projects towards the end of the year. I had issues with one transformer not working. I had to get another one as the dealer said sorry thats how it is. I replaced it, works great. Project two no problems. Project 3 - lighting under columes, steps, path lighting. The one transformer suddenly stopped working. ITs not hot, you can here it run when up against your ear, and if you play with the dial to adjust from auto, to 4,6 hours etc the lights come on, let go of the dial and lights are off.

I haven't called our dealer yet, thought I would check here.
