You will get a million different opinions. I'm a Chevy guy but have owned both and have have good luck wand bad luck with both.

I want to hear the problems. Gmc has crapy front ends, ford chews tires.
Need something more than my Toyota.

I had no problems with the front ends, the ford was a diesel constant electrical problems, injectors, and a tranny, but brand new sold 5 years later with 88000km, the rotting oil pan was the final straw. The chevs always always seem to be annoying stuff fuel pumps, coil pack etc. the 2002 250 7.3 was the last ford I bought other than my 94 7.3 dumper, totally different trucks.

Like my Duromax's, have had problems with the 6.0L fords. Miss the 7.3's So as of today, Chevy!

With Super Springs my payload is 1.5 ton. Can't afford Dodge (can't afford the down time that is).
