Shoes

Hey everyone,
I am new to the site. I've been in lawn care for about 10 years on and off and I am currently starting my own business. I have already filed all of my paperwork and I am in the works of making all of the big purchases.
I am going with a exmark vantage 48" and an exmark walk behind 36".
I will probably go with stihl for blowers, edgers, weed eaters, etc...
I am going to be pulling a 6x12 enclosed trailer.

Now that you know a little about me, I want to know something..

What type/ brand/ style shoes do you wear? I know a good pair of shoes can make a world of difference!

I like red wing. Good luck with your business and choice of footwear!

For workboots, I wear a roper style steeltoe by DR.Martens, when doing landscaping/irrigation repairs or mulching, its usually whatever pair of tennis shoes are near the front door.

I used to buy expensive footwear, not anymore. I usually pick up a pair of lugz or sketchers hiking boots for about $50 on sale. The expensive shoes may last a little a little longer, but after a few months they are so disgusting I want to throw them out anyway. I usually go through 2 pairs a season. As long as they are comfortable lightweight and have some ankle support, I am good. The cheap boots at wal mart do not work, but usually I can find something at Kohls that work.

The best are the Sketchers steel toe. I've used them all.. From Timberland Pros to Bear.. And the Sketchers boots are by far the best!

Redwing loggers for me. I've tried many different brands and I think I'll try another pair next year. Having a good pair of boots is priceless. It'll help alleviate foot, knee, and back pain.

What's going on dude!? I haven't heard from you in ages!? Are you still working for a company? Or did you get back to doing your own thing?
I remember you selling your equipment and going to work for a company a while back? Whats the update?

P.S.
Sorry, not trying to get off topic... lol
