Honda HR214 A bad ending

This is my first season and I have been battling all sorts of equipment problems. Essentially I'm using old residential lawn equipment to do a commercial lawn mower's job. Anyway with the drought and going off to college i have stopped advertising and will not be servicing any new clients back here in KC. I started my business with a Honda HR214 that my family bought at a auction. I also had a $15 20" Weedeater mower that i bought at a garage sale. I would put the Honda in my trunk and my Weedeater mower in the passanger seat of my Honda Civic. Anyway I was able to buy a Ford Ranger and I love it. Anyway The Honda is really hard to maneuver because of its really big deck. Its mows in a straight line and is impossible to go around gardens and trees. Recently I changed the oil with Mobil 1 a good quality oil, and sharpened the blades thinking I would help extend the life. On Saturday I mowed a lawn and it was smoking from the muffler pretty bad. At the end it was leaking oil from the gaskets and smoking really bad. When I got home I noticed it had like no oil in the motor. So I put some in and figured I test it out. I started mowing my lawn and worked alright for a while. Then the motor started knocking pretty bad and shaking. It was shaking so bad that the bolts for the blades loosened and fell off. The blade went flying! I was like I bet i never got them tightened enough. But i had torqued them down and made sure they were on there tightly. I checked the oil again and there was none in there. So I put some more in there and flipped the deck. Thats when i saw the crack in the block. So its time to get a new mower. At first i wanted a wide area mower. But I think I'm going to get a good rear wheeled self propelled TORO mower. I need something until I can afford a good walk behind. Here is the one I'm looking at: http://www.valleypower.com/20382.htm...m_campaign=CSE
