hypro d403grgi

i need some help lets see if any one can! i have a d403grgi pump and thats with the gear reduction. I just replaces the diaprahms and it was a nightmare...... stripped bolt ect.. now for some reason the gear reduction is mixing oil and water.. not supposed to do that has anyone had any experance with something like this.. please help if you can thanks

where r u seeing the oil and water mixed??? the pump and gear reduction should both have seals to keep oil from leaking. if u see oil and water in the oil cup on the pump, you put the diaphrams in wrong or broke them doing it

diaphram pumps need water(spray solution) on 1 side of the diaphram and oil on the other side. running it dry on either one can damage the diaphrams

Its not in the pump the gear redution oil is milky that what i thought was wierd. Its a seal just dont k now which one. Ill check out that website thanks
