Company Name already in use- what to do?

I have the same problem If you have a different name not registered by the Secretary of State you can use it but it gets confusing when people call you for them and them for you

Set up an LLC. under a relatively obscure name (if this is how you wanna be set up). Then get a DBA with your company name locally. The LLC. owns the DBA.
