Hey, my grandpa is selling a very old locke mower with the 70"(?)triplex attachment. Not sure what it is worth, it hasn't been run in about 30 years, but it looks like it is in fairly good condition. It is from the late 50's.

Does everything turn free, motor & drivetrain, or is it locked up. I would love to rebuild that thing for a showpiece, I'd go a few hundred on that, but I have no idea what it is really worth, I just suspect it would take a few K to get back in show condition. Feel free to throw a number my way if you get a handle on the reasonable value.

I did some research and I think $400 seems fair. The mower ran when it was put away and the gas was drained out of it, so it may start right up. Everything is free turning on the mower, there's very little rust and it has been stored inside its whole life. It is also a gear reduction engine for what it is worth.
