16" pgp rotor

Just dug up what looks like a demolished 16" pgp .My hunter supplier says they only make up to a 12" pgp rotor.Is this true ? If so does any other manufactor make a 16" rotor

The unit itself is about 16", but the portion that pops up is about 12", so it is considered a 12" head. I've never seen one that pops up higher. Not saying there aren't any, just haven't seen or heard of any.
