What GPM are you guys aiming for when bidding jobs. What is the industry standard?

what segment of the industry are you talking? Ground maint, fert, snow?

That's a good question. It will change even in the industry. We do maint, fert, landscape & snow.

We are between 30 and 60% based on the service/segment. We are really only taking clients in the segments that have the greatest margins. That means no more mowing (releaved sigh)
