Trailer lift assist ELEGATOR rep still here?

Wondering if the rep for this product still is here on Lawnsite. Reviews seem positive on this product. My question is I have a Brimar dump trailer with ramp, not the doors. The ramp is god awful heavy. I dont know the weight of it. Will 2 of the elegators handle this ramp ok? thanks
