We need a DFW Lawn Maintenance Facebook Page. Unless there is already one.

I was really thinking we were going to get a early fall, but I guess I was wrong again. When the calendar hits Sept I look forward to the lower morning and night temps but I guess we will be waiting awhile longer. These last few days have been kicking our butts and I am soaking wet already today. 100 plus in Sept is just wrong.

Complete opposite here. This week is going to be up to 6 degrees lower than last month, which is crazy for S. Florida. September is usually hot and humid...no complaints here!!

I am ready for the 55-60 morinings and the 75-80 highs. It just isnt fair when your working in 100 plus degree heat all labor day weekend and you get farther behind everyday.
Besides, the water needs to cool off so I can put some crappie in the freezer and a trout fishing trip of at least three days in Beavers Bend is needed.

I'm with you there! I'm ready to pull some stripers out of Texoma. Been at it most of the day myself. I'm just thankful we aren't in the shape we were in this time last year. Dormant grass and nice temps will be here before you know it.
