2750# Pallet delivery without piggy-back forklift but how?

Im the local bulk compost residential delivery service for a regional company & have recently received several bag pallet orders from garden clubs. I have an Isuzu dumptruck that can haul 3 if needed but im stumped on how to unload each 2750 pound pallet without breaking them down & stacking the (55) 50# bags by hand. Even my Case 1835b skidsteer can't help me cause its a lightweight. Can't really afford to hire it out. Thoughts please.
