This question has been asked many times.

Try doing a search using the word "software", then get a beverage and comfy chair. Spend several days reading all the great information, experiences and insights others have had with all the various packages available.

Once you have done your homework, you will have the answer to your question.

Good Luck,

I have both....I run my business with gk pro and only do payroll with quickbooks

if you have a lot of employees then the quick books is help full but i really rely on groundskeeper to do all else, been with that program for over 4 years

I used quickbooks for about 3 years until decided to star looking for a program more specific for this business, I try pretty much every program out there, (Clip, QBexpress, GK, MR.Bill, EZservice, Wintac,Gopher) I went with Gopher because it did pretty much all I wanted to do and more, Try to demo all the programs then you can decide which one fits your business best.

Hello RSW,

If you get a chance. Please try our Gopher package. It's a fully functional trial that will allow you to go through a full month's billing cycle.
We hope you will be impressed with Gopher's ability to manage your company.

Gopher is the only way to go. There customer support is unbeatable, I have even called at 10:00 at night and gotten answers to my questions. The program is THE best.. I can't say enough good things about it.. The barcoding module they have saves us about one full day of paperwork......
