lesco hydro walk behind

just picked up a lesco 48 hydro for 300 bucks, the left side does not pull. the question is how do i determine if its the pump or the wheel motor and do they make a pump rebuild kit? thank you guys for all the input i have gotten over the years!

Check the simple stuff first..
Hydro belt tension..loosen and tighten hydro relief valve..
Insert a magnet into the bottom of the hydro tank..check for metal..
Make sure the pump lever is tight to the shaft..
Stuff like that...

Check the springs. Jack it up and run it and pull down on the gear lever to see if it will go faster then.
