Looking for Info. On Beck's Dump Trailers

I'm looking for some input on Beck's Dump Trailers in MI.

Does anyone have one on Lawnsite?

If so, do you like it?

Any other options you wish you would have added to your dump trailer?

I'm wanting a pull behind dump trailer for compost and dumping tree limbs, so any information would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

Yep, the same one, TriCountyLawn.

Going to call and see what their prices are and if the could extend the A-frame of dump trailer, so I could put a platform behind the hitch. And if they could extend the frame, then I would be able to place a compost spreader there. I think it would be a clean, easy, and fast setup. And I don't see why they shouldn't be able to make it work?

So I'm trying to see if anyone has any good or bad experiences with Becks and what their thoughts are on the quality of their trailers too.

See what a 12' high sided dump trailer in yellow goes for while ya got em on the line.

I kinda thought becks was a dealer and not a manufacturer. Hard to tell from the pics of their stuff.

Becks is a dealer, I think they make one of the brands they sell and I think they customize.

I went to beck's to buy a smaller 7x12 open trailer. I ended up going somewhere else for a trailer. They did not have a large selection of trailers to look at I think it was 3 (2 new/ 1 used) for the trailer size I was looking at, when they state they have a huge selection of trailers to look at. It was a little disappointing, we waited almost an hour for a sales person. Try your best not to go on a Saturday, its busy as hell.

The quality of trailers is good, I looked at the big tex specifically.

Overall I would call before you drive all the way from Indiana to just look and there are several dealers with in 50 miles of them, if you get there and decide against it.

So I got off the phone with Beck's in MI....and still don't have a price yet. The sales rep. won't really talk to me until he knew I had good credit. Kinda funny, but I guess they get a lot of people wanting to just kick the tires.

So I sent him an email back to see if they can extend the dump box frame so I can fit an Ecolawn Spreader on the A-frame. Sent the measurements to my sales rep. and he's going to see what they can come up with.

And like I said, no price yet so that bugs me a bit....when they advertise $1500.00 off their dump trailers....did they just raise their price to make up the difference?

So if anyone out there has some more info. on the company and or their trailers I would greatly appreciate it!!!

That kinda sucks. Their website was a little lacking too. Seems they advertise a little bigger then they are maybe. I have used hawk and liberty dump trailers and they were solid. I have liked every big tex trailer I have seen but haven't seen a dump of theirs yet.

Yeah, I hope their equipment is as good as they make it out to be.

I just want something that works good, will last a long time (if you take care of it), and help me get into new money opportunities. Oh yeah...also at a fair price.

What do you think a 80" wide by 14' long dump should go for? Anyone have any ideas?

This trailer has a payload of 8000 pounds. All steel tube frame. Spring axles with EZ Lube Hubs. A sealed wire harness with a solar panel charger. A dual hydraulic piston up/down with 20' remote controller. And gross vehicle weight rating of 14,000 pounds.

I like PJ trailers and I have a Big Tex trailer right now. Just looking for something long lasting with out breaking the bank too much.

How much does it weight if there is only a 8000lb payload?
