How much for a 4,000 sqft aeration job

How much do you guys get for a job this size for the aeration only (4,000 sqft), no seed, fertilizer, etc.. Just picked this customer up and its on the larger size. Almost all my houses are 2,500 sqft and under. Thanks in advance!

Most of the expense of aerating is monkeying with the machine... once you're up and running the time difference is minimal and if there are obstacles or hills on your 2500K property, you should be charging more than an easy 4500K property... JMO

Aeration kind of stinks and I tend to charge high on that irritation...
