should i spray broadlef weeds in dry conditions

hello, i have never posted a thread before so please bear with me. i have a small lawn care business northeast south dakota and would like to start my fall spraying but am wondering if it could turn into a liability issue. the temperatures are cool now (highs in the upper sixties and lows in the lower forties) and we have had a good frost ( 25 degrees) . the problem is that we have basicaly had no rain in the past 6 weeks and less than two inches in the past three months. I would appreciate any advise.
