price per acre on lawn aeration
Just wondering what some of you charge to aerate. I figure in all my materials and so forth ,but wondering if anyone has a set price per square foot or acre .

I'm confused.
$21 per square foot, I have 1920 square feet in my front yard. 21 X 1920 = $40,320 I know that's not right, please explain! |

If this is the "special" price, I'd hate to see the regular rate
![]() Maybe they meant $21 per 1000 square feet. I don't think even really expensive sod could touch that other figure. |

Ndr
Even at $21 per 1000 sq yrds = 21 X 1.9 = $40 bucks to aerate, over seed, and fert! Can I sub you out!
If I have 1900 sq feet to aerate, overseed & winter fert I figure 1.9 X $49.5 = $94.00. I charge $120 dollars minimum. For an example, 5000 square feet I would charge $247. 5 X $49.5. |

Quote:
![]() $0.021 X SQ.FT. = Starting Price + PITA = Price $0.021 X 1900. = 39.90 + 0 (easy) = $39.90 I also have a minimum though of $75 - $105 depending on difficulty. |
