Exmark 36" walk-behind but what is it??

Found an OLD Exmark 36" walk-behind with no serial numbers anywhere. Looks just like my old Snapper 36. Same pulleys,blades,blade belt. Just says "commercial 36" on the front of the belt/pulley cover. It's red and has 2 white stripes on the cover. Not in the Exmark manual archive. Has the inflatable tires on front....what the heck is it?
