Golf Course Closure - Class Action

You guys familiar with this club?

http://www.news-journalonline.com/ar...1040?p=1&tc=pg

I hear the pesticide they found in a couple wells was possibly from the homeowners spraying for termites?

They still went after the golf course.

Any truth to this?

It sound's like dieldrin didn't have much to do with that golf course closing, a lack of golfer's did. Dieldrin was a AG chemical in a big AG state, They would have won that case unless you could show use by the golf course.

Because we have so many Golf Courses here in Florida the Economy has taken a toll on many of them. In fact because of the high overhead many were just hanging on in good times.
