Dang! I thought the jack under the rear seat of the truck was for my mower, I was about to write Ford a thank you letter for including that with the truck LOL

I use a 4 foot high lift to change blades on my zero turn. I back the mower up until the rear end is hanging over the tailgate, then I can jack the mower up as high as I need to without the rear end of the mower hitting the ground. Then I can stand on the ground on either side of the trailer and zip the blades off with my impact without ever getting more than an arm under the mower. It's the quickest easiest way of changing blades that I have found. If i'm cutting by myself I can also use the high lift to get the mower unstuck. It's also much smaller than any dedicated lawnmower lift. I just throw it on the trailer and carry it with me. The only maintenance required is an occasional squirt of WD40.

I have used a HI-Lift jack with jack stand for years. It works well, and I can use the jack for other purposes.

I've used my Hi-Lift Jack to change blades on my Dixie Choppers for nearly 20 years. I wouldn't say that it's the best way but it works for me. I use it on level ground on concrete. I also have an overhead chain hoist.

That's called a farm jack around here.
It's probably the most universal jack you can get.
I don't use it for blades though, I use a chain hoist.
If I had to change blades in the field, I have a shop jack in the back of my truck.
I had to change a tire on my pickup once and used the GMC factory jack.
After that experience 2 things happened, (1) I wanted to find the guy responsible for putting it in a vehicle and kick him in the balls, (2) I bought a low profile shop jack from Harbor Freight and put it in my truck.

Never thought of that.
How do you do it? I mean give me some examples, I might need to put mine in my truck.

You need some bolts that fit through the holes, 1 on either end. Attach the tow rope or chains to the bolts and jack away. I saw it in a hunting magazine and had to try it. It works. Well worth the 45.
