Eow

EOW(End of weekly) OR (every other week). I will be starting the eow schedule the 2nd week of November in order to have off for the holiday weeks. I want Thanksgiving week and Christmas off. Anyone just splitting up the schedule to do half one week and the other half the following? You guys pay your help the same amount or half pay? Thanks
