Walker MTGHS 26efi fouling plugs out bad

Had the fuel filter changed recently, the plugs are fouling out, can't figure it out. Getting a 61 code even after disconnecting the battery for awhile. Great air filter, good gas, new plugs. Only 800 hrs, I know it was suppost to go 1500 hrs on that Bosch filter. Isn't there a sensor that moves the engine out of closed loop after it warms up ? Maybe the injectors are clogged . Always ran 89 gas. Starts good and runs until the plugs foul. Could it be electrical ? The dealer is an hour away thought I'd ask questions first.

Code 61 is what you want. Code 61 means END OF LINE. If there are any codes like 31 or 32 you will still get 61 at the end.
Now here is a dumb question. Is the smaller inside are fillter in right? I know it is a dumb question but just check your air filters to be sure there are clean and installed right.

Oxygen sensor???

Needs to be put on a computer.

It will only run about 10 feet with the filter installed backwards.
