Nasty one
The client hired someone to add new irrigation after they increased the size of the parking lot by 4-5'. Instead of capping the old laterals off, he tied the new laterals into the ones under the parking lot. Well apparently after a few weeks the lateral pipes cracked. They were literally 1/2" under the asphalt. I don't know how the paving guys did not rip them up. On another leak, we found the funny pipe poured into the curb. These pics are only one zone, this contractor did this on 3 zones.
and those aren't my boots with shorts! |

Not uncommon except for the knee pad and weird boots.

never ceases to amaze me at the lack of thought from one discipline to another. Concrete guys especially seem to not be too concerned about the next guy down the line.

From my experience, concrete guys don't have the foresight to think about the next guy in line. Mainly because they are never called back to put sleeves in after the concrete is poured, they put that on the LOSS (last on site sub)
