But if you dont have the funds, then it can be a good way of getting things going by pooling your resourses together. Eventually you both will probably go your seperate ways because you will have different ideas on how things should be done. I have seen this happen this way a few times in the past, and remained friends and even worked together on larger jobs to double the manpower.
