how did he get be a GM?

its that time where places are getiing bids together again. I get a call from a guy. I say hello this is Jim.
He says how the f are you? And I need and effing bid.
I say ok, is there a good time to meet?
He says f I don't know. How about effing 230?
I say that will work.

So I meet with him because I know the corporate company is good to deal with. The whole time every other word was f this, f that. I don't know how he deals with customers or with higher ups. But how the heck did he get that job?
